“Meet the Archetypes” is an invocation and imaginative journey through the “9 Pathways of the Soul” dedicated to supporting your “being and becoming”.
Every human being is on a life-long journey to learn and evolve skills and capacities along each one of these nine distinct archetypal pathways of human development.
The affirmation statements below are meant to call forth greater awareness of Pathways (5) the “Change Agent” or (6) the “Care Provider” in you.
The more you fully integrate and functionally utilize the gifts and powers of each of these realms of development, the easier it will become to meet the demands of everyday life and more fully actualize your radiant soul potential!

MEET THE “CHANGE AGENT” IN YOU
I want to try everything at least once!!!
I enjoy moving on to the next exciting or different thing or life can feel stagnate and depressing.
I am any one of the many early astronauts to don a space suit and strap myself into what was essentially a very large tin can for an exhilarating flight to go where no one had gone before.
I am the TV personality and wild life conservationist making it my life’s mission to educate, entertain, and engage others in the sheer joy of discovery.
I am the voice that speaks out to abolish oppressive systems around the globe, whether I am a household name, a historical figure, or the girl next door. Whether working in the public eye, or behind the scenes, to abolish oppressive societal systems around the globe.
I am the visionary behind YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. I change the way information is communicated.
I am the founder of The Center for Teen Empowerment, supporting youth to tap into the regenerative power they possess to choose peace over violence and encourage their peers to do the same.
I am everyone who makes the effort to recycle as much as possible, use public transportation or ride my bike instead of driving, and contribute to change in our global carbon footprint.
I enjoy being the one to bring in transformation knowledge and awareness or new ways of relating. For example, if I learn something from someone that makes a difference in my life, I have to pass it on.
I am the author of Wild, From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail, pushing myself far beyond my comfort zone and through my own limitations.
I love a good piece of cake and sometimes find it hard to stop at just one piece!
Freedom is my middle name. Maybe it’s my first name.
Change is refreshing. Don’t try to tie me down!

MEET THE “CARE PROVIDER” IN YOU
I have a high level of sensitivity to the feelings and needs of others and automatically respond.
When I wake up each morning my sense of responsibility drives me to go outside to fed the birds, then feed all my pets and anyone else inside my home before I can relax and enjoy my morning tea.
I’m the dolphin mother who spends the first 3-4 years of my calf’s life teaching her how to play, how to communicate, how to find food. I help her find her place in the pod, and even tell her, her name.
I am the aging, decaying, trunk of the tree that toppled long ago, providing a nourishing environment for tree seedlings to take root, grow and flourish.
It’s my mission in life to see to other people’s comfort and well-being, and have to remember to take care of my own needs as well.
I go where I am called to deliver medical services, medicines, and most importantly, compassionate care to those in need.
I take great joy providing nourishing and great tasting meals to my friends and family.
I am your Mom-Favorite Teacher-Cherished Mentor who always made you feel you were capable of anything, that no challenge was insurmountable, and fed your soul with a rich creamy mixture of self-esteem building soup.
Everything I do for my own wellbeing, nourishment, pleasure, and comfort, is much more fun and rewarding if I am doing it for someone else.
I am your life partner who loves you unconditionally and considers making you feel cherished and special as something of an art form.
My fundamental aspiration is to be an expression of love and care where ever I go.
Love is what I’m here for.
