New MP3: Fountain of LIGHT!!!

On the Journey of Awakening, we can intentionally call in the Light of Divine Intelligence in order to infuse our conditioned human belief system with new possibility. We can consciously create of a life that is different than the one we were taught to expect and accept.

As this Light pours into our patterned structures of consciousness, a washing machine-like action can be activated. As the deconstruction of old forms begins, all the limiting beliefs, un-integrated emotions and other subtle energies, all of which held that belief structure in place, can surface. Our equilibrium can feel disrupted during this important process and we might wonder, “Am I doing the right thing? Am I on the right track?”

This is the point in the process of forming new beliefs where we can become discouraged and decide that it would just be easier to revert to the way we knew and accept the limitations we have been working to transcend.

This is the point in our evolution where we most need to TRUST THE PROCESS, even if it feels really uncomfortable! And, these are the moments where we need to use the tools and practices we’ve been given, reach out to friends and loved ones who can hold us to our higher potential, and access skilled helpers for support, facilitation and accelerated clearing.

Asking for spiritual help can also be essential! “Please Help Me”, is a prayer one of my beautiful Soul Coach clients uses to ask the Divine for assistance when the going gets tough.

And so, if you happen to be in the “washing machine” phase of a growth process to create real change in your life, don’t worry, this is part of your evolution and you are going to be fine. Keep taking each next step. Relax and trust the process. It is not unusual to pass through a period of deconstruction before a new way of being can be established.

Please honor your choice to grow and the courage you demonstrate by moving forward, even when the old patterns get triggered and what you are moving through is painful.

You are amazing, precious, and worthy of every goodness life has to offer!!!
